血管内皮细胞生长因子表达和微血管密度与黏液表皮样癌临床病理类型关系的研究

摘要：

目的    探讨血管内皮细胞生长因子（VEGF）的表达和微血管密度（MVD）与黏液表皮样癌（MEC）临床病理类型的关系。方法    选取2000年6月至2010年8月中山大学附属第二医院和中山大学附属第五医院口腔科手术切除、病理科保存的涎腺肿瘤石蜡包埋组织标本，包括正常涎腺组织40例、MEC68例（40例高分化、28例中低分化），应用免疫组化SP法检测其中VEGF的表达和MVD。 结果    VEGF的阳性表达率和MVD计数在正常唾液腺组织、高分化MEC、低分化MEC中依次增加，组间差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；MEC中 MVD计数随着VEGF表达的增强而升高（P＜0.05）；发生淋巴结转移组的MEC中VEGF的阳性表达率和MVD计数均高于非转移组（P＜0.05）。结论    VEGF的表达和MVD与MEC的临床病理类型密切相关。

Abstract:

Objective    To explore the relationships among expression of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF），microvessel density（MVD） and clinicopathological characters of mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Methods    SP immunochemistry was applied to detect the expression of VEGF，and microvessel density was counted by anti-CD34 antibody in 40 cases of normal salivary tissues，40 cases of well-differentiated MEC tissues，28 cases of poorly- differentiated MEC tissues. Results    Positive expression rate of VEGF enhanced in normal salivary gland tissue，well-differentiated MEC tissues and poorly- differentiated MEC tissues gradually（P < 0.05）and so did the MVD（P < 0.05）；MVD tended  to depend  on VEGF expression  levels  in   MEC（P < 0.05）； the group of lymph- metastasis was higher than that of non- lymph-metastasis （P < 0.05）. Conclusion    The  expression of  VEGF and MVD plays an important role in the clinicopathological typing of mucoepidermoid carcinoma
