  • 作者简介:樊明文，教授、博士研究生导师。1962年毕业于四川医学院口腔系。1981—1983年在加拿大作高级访问学者。1990年在法国斯特拉斯堡路易巴斯德大学任研究员。现任武汉大学口腔医学院名誉院长。兼任中华口腔医学会名誉会长、国际牙科研究协会（IADR）理事及中国分会主席、卫生部口腔教材评审委员会主任委员、国务院学位委员会学科评议组召集人、《中华口腔医学杂志》副主编等职务。主要从事龋病、牙髓病的基础和临床研究。多年来对龋病致病菌定植与传播、龋病免疫学、牙髓病、根管微渗漏模型的建立等研究取得了一些成果，连续5年在国际牙科研究协会的年会上报告，多次应邀到国外学术机构和会议上做报告。发表论文近200篇，其中SCI收录第一作者或通讯作者论文38篇。指导的博士研究生论文获2005年全国优秀博士论文。获7项发明专利。获省部级科技奖12项，教学奖3项。承担国家、省、市级科学基金12项，其中国家自然科学基金重点项目1项，国家科技支撑计划项目1项。自1991年起享受国家级政府特殊津贴；1994年被评为国家级有突出贡献专家；2006年被评为“全国高校教学名师”，同年获 “中华医师奖”；2009年获国家科技进步二等奖。

摘要：

提要：根管预备目的是通过根管清理彻底去除根管内坏死组织、细菌及其代谢产物、牙本质碎屑，并为根管严密充填建立理想形态。如处理不当会导致根管偏移、台阶形成、根管堵塞、根管侧穿、器械折断等。第三部分主要介绍根管预备操作失误，旨在为临床医生提供理论和实践参考。

Abstract:

Summary：The purpose of root canal preparation is complete removal of necrotic tissue，bacteria and byproducts，dentin debris，and the establishment of an ideal shape for obturation of the root canal system. The improper operation during the preparation would cause root canal deviation，elbow formation，root canal plug and perforation，instrument fracture and other procedure errors. The objective of this article is to discuss the procedure errors during the root canal preparation，and provide the clinicians with current information and strategies for management in the practice.
