牙周治疗后组织修复与再生

摘要：

牙周治疗目标的一个重要内容是促使组织不同程度的修复和再生。理想的治疗效果是恢复牙周组织的生理形态，即形成伴有牙周膜中穿通纤维的新生牙骨质，牙槽骨生成。了解牙周不同治疗方法及其后的组织愈合状态，有助于治疗计划的制定和争取最佳的治疗效果。

Abstract:

To promote the repair or regeneration of periodontal tissues is one of the most important aim of periodontal treatment. The ideal goal is the formation of new cementum with inserting collagen fibers and alveolar bone， which also can be considered to be the reconstruction of physical structures of periodontal tissue. Recognizing the various periodontal treatments and corresponding wound healing patterns can contribute to the treatment planning， which can achieve the best efficiency of the treatment.
