Beyond冷光美白技术内漂白无髓变色牙93例疗效观察

摘要：

目的 评价应用Beyond冷光美白技术对无髓变色牙进行内漂白的临床疗效。方法 将2007年1月至2008年6月在中国医科大学口腔医学院综合急诊科就诊的无髓变色牙患者93例随机分为3组，分别采用常规内漂白、Beyond冷光美白技术内漂白、Beyond冷光美白技术复合常规内漂白进行治疗，观察其有效率。结果 第1次复诊时，Beyond冷光美白技术复合常规内漂白患者有效率达66.7%，第6次复诊时，有效率达96.9%，与其他2组比较差异有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。根管治疗完成与开始内漂白的时间间隔越短，患者就诊次数越少。结论 Beyond冷光美白技术复合常规内漂白对无髓变色牙有明显增白作用。

Abstract:

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Beyond cold light inside whitening on bleaching non-pulp teeth. Methods One hundred and twenty non-pulp teeth were chosen and were randomly divided into three groups;inside whitening technique，Beyond cold light，Beyond cold light inside whitening technique were carried out，and effective rate was recorded. The statistical analysis was carried out. Results The effective rate（95% after six weeks and 62.5% after one week） of the group in which Beyond cold light inside whitening technique was used was significantly higher than the other two groups. Statistical significance was recorded. The shorter the interval between root canal treatment completed and the beginning of bleaching，the fewer the number of attendance. Conclusion Beyond cold light inside whitening on bleaching non-pulp teeth is proved to be a good method of bleaching.
