细丝Edgewise技术矫治安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合临床观察

摘要：

目的 探讨应用细丝Edgewise技术矫治安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合的方法。方法 选取2000—2008年就诊于福建医科大学附属协和医院口腔正畸科的30例应用细丝Edgewise技术矫治的Ⅱ1类错牙合患者，对比其治疗前后的头影测量指标。结果 矫治后患者上切牙明显内收，上颌支抗磨牙无明显前移，上切牙与下磨牙无明显伸长，下颌平面与牙合平面未发生明显逆时针旋转。结论 应用细丝Edgewise技术可最大限度减少额外支抗的使用，并可避免传统方丝弓矫治技术大力量Ⅱ类牵引可能导致的负面影响。

Abstract:

Abstract：Objective To study the treatment for Angle’s Class Ⅱ1 malocclusion with light wire Edgewise technique. Methods A total of 30 patients with Angle’s Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were treated by light wire Edgewise technique. Lateral cephalograms were analyzed. Results The upper incisors adducted markedly， the upper molars hardly moved ahead. The upper incisors and the lower molars hardly extruded. Conclusion The light wire Edgewise technique can reduce the use of added anchorage， and can avoid the side effects of the traditional Edgewise technique.
