口腔数字化远程解决方案MOOELI在口腔正畸临床中的应用研究

摘要: 目的    研究口腔数字化远程解决方案MOOELI在口腔正畸图像采集中的临床实践效果。方法    选取2023年3—6月于西安交通大学口腔医院接受无托槽隐形矫治的患者27例,在正畸治疗中期复诊时对其同时进行MOOELI及传统数码近摄图像采集。由正畸医生分析比较2种图像采集方式呈现的图片信息差异,包括矫治器状态、牙齿咬合状态(上下颌牙列中线、前牙覆分度、磨牙矢状向和水平向咬合关系)、牙周组织状态(牙龈状态、牙结石)及附件状态。结果    MOOELI与传统数码近摄采集的图片对矫治器状态、上下颌牙列中线、前牙覆

分度、磨牙水平向咬合关系、牙龈状态、前牙区牙结石和附件状态的判断率比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P > 0.05);MOOELI对磨牙矢状向咬合关系、前磨牙和磨牙区牙结石的判断率均明显低于传统数码近摄(均P < 0.05)。结论    MOOELI采集的图像能够基本满足临床需求,尤其在正畸关键临床指标方面(如前牙区监测及矫治器、附件状态评估)展现出良好的临床应用价值,值得临床应用推广。

Abstract: Objective    To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of MOOELI,an oral digital remote solution,in orthodontic image collection. Methods    Totally 27 patients who received orthodontic treatment with bracket-free invisible aligners in Hospital of Stomatology,Xi′an Jiaotong University from March to June of 2023 were enrolled. Intraoral images were simultaneously captured using MOOELI and conventional digital close-up photography during mid-term follow-ups of orthodontic treatment. Orthodontists analyzed and compared the differences in image information collected by the two methods,including aligner status,the occlusal state of the teeth(maxillary and mandibular dentition midline,anterior overbite,sagittal and horizontal molar occlusal relationships),the condition of the periodontal tissue(gingival health,dental calculus)and state of attachments. Results    The methods of MOOELI and conventional digital close-up photography showed no statistical differences in the images collected in terms of aligner status,maxillary and mandibular dentition midline,anterior overbite,sagittal and horizontal molar occlusal relationships,gingival health,anterior dental calculus or the state of attachments(all P > 0.05). However,MOOELI had significantly lower rate than conventional digital close-up photography in the assessment of sagittal occlusion of molars,as well as the dental calculus in the premolar and molar regions(all P < 0.05). Conclusion    The images collected by MOOELI can practically meet the clinical requirements,particularly for monitoring key indicators such as anterior tooth alignment and attachment status. These results suggest that MOOELI is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
