面部三维扫描技术在口腔正畸临床中应用研究进展

摘要: 面部美观是口腔正畸治疗的重要目标。面部三维扫描利用扫描技术重建颌面部软组织三维数字化模型,具有快速、直观、准确的优势,可对面部表面的角度、体积、表面积进行测算。目前,面部三维扫描技术在口腔正畸临床中已得到广泛应用,涉及数字化收集数据、保存数据、测量分析等方面,对辅助口腔正畸诊疗、预测预后方面具有应用价值。文章就面部三维扫描技术的分类,以及其在正畸治疗前后面部软组织评价中的应用及与口腔影像学技术、人工智能技术的结合应用等方面研究进展做一综述,为正畸临床诊疗数字化水平的提高提供帮助。

Abstract: Facial aesthetics is an important objective of orthodontic treatment. Three-dimensional facial scanning employs scanning technology to reconstruct a three-dimensional digital model of the soft tissues of the jaw and face,having the advantages of being fast,intuitive,and accurate. This technology allows for the measurement of angles,volumes,and surface areas of the facial surface. Currently,three-dimensional facial scanning technology has been widely applied in clinical orthodontics,encompassing aspects such as digital data collection,data storage,and measurement analysis. It provides significant value in assisting orthodontic diagnosis and treatment,as well as in predicting outcomes. This article reviews the research advances in the classification of three-dimensional facial scanning technology,its application in evaluating facial soft tissues before and after orthodontic treatment,and its application combined with oral imaging technologies and artificial intelligence. The aim is to contribute to the enhancement of digital capabilities in orthodontic clinical diagnosis and treatment.
