数字化口内扫描在口腔种植中应用精度的研究进展

摘要: 近年,数字化技术逐渐成为口腔医学领域的一大研究热点,在临床上得到了越来越广泛的应用,其被认为会显著改变未来口腔临床诊疗模式。传统种植印模技术虽已相对成熟,但仍存在耗费时间长、患者异物感强、操作流程复杂等不足;而数字化口内扫描技术恰好可弥补这些不足,但其精度、适用范围、影响因素等仍有待深入研究。文章就数字化口内扫描技术原理、精度,以及其在口腔种植修复中应用的精度分析方法和结果做一综述,为进一步开展数字化口内扫描精度临床研究提供参考,为口腔种植临床医生选择合适的口内扫描仪提供帮助。

Abstract: In recent years,digital technology has gradually become a hot spot in the field of stomatology,which has been more and more widely used in clinical practice. It is believed that it will significantly change the future mode of oral diagnosis and treatment. Although the traditional implant impression technology has been relatively mature,there are still shortcomings such as long time consumed,strong sense of foreign body in patients,and complex operation process. The oral scanning technology may make up for these shortcomings. However,the accuracy,scope of application and influencing factors of oral scanning technology still need to be further studied. This article provides a review of the principles and accuracy of digital intraoral scanning technology,as well as the accuracy analysis methods and results of its application in oral implant restoration. It provides a reference for further clinical research on the accuracy of digital intraoral scanning and helps clinicians choose suitable intraoral scanners.
