聚乳酸材料在引导骨再生中应用研究进展

摘要: 引导骨再生是种植修复时牙槽骨缺损的主要处理方式,而聚乳酸材料是可用于引导骨再生的重要材料之一。聚乳酸作为人工合成的高分子生物降解材料,可加工成合适的结构,其机械性能、降解性、生物矿化能力、成骨性能及抗菌性能均可为引导骨再生提供支持。目前,聚乳酸材料引导骨再生的原理已得到较详细的研究,且证明了其临床应用潜力。聚乳酸材料的应用形式广泛,常见的包括聚乳酸膜、聚乳酸钉、聚乳酸复合骨支架及聚乳酸微球。文章就聚乳酸材料用于引导骨再生的研究进展做一综述,以期对系统了解、研究和选择该材料提供参考,并对其应用发展方向提出展望。

Abstract: Guided bone regeneration is the main management method for alveolar bone defects in implant repair,and polylactic acid material is one of the important materials that can be used for guide bone regeneration. Polylactic acid,as a synthetic polymer biodegradable material,can be processed into a suitable structure,and its mechanical properties,degradability,biomineralization ability,osteogenic properties and antibacterial properties can provide support for guiding bone regeneration. At present,the principle of guided bone regeneration by polylactic acid material has been studied in detail,which proves that it has the potential of clinical application. Polylactic acid material is used widely,including polylactic acid film,polylactic acid nails,polylactic acid composite bone scaffolds,and polylactic acid microspheres. In this paper,the research progress in polylactic acid material for guided bone regeneration is reviewed,in order to provide references for systematic understanding,research and selection of this material,and prospects for its application and development are put forward.
