Abstract: "Accurate Medical Treatment" is one of the important goals in the field of medicine. In orthodontic treatment，the accurate expression of orthodontic system can improve the effect of orthodontic treatment. With the development of digital orthodontic technology as well as the combination of CBCT with intraoral scanning technology and the extensive use of computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing （CAD/CAM），the emergence of customized labial orthodontic technique for each patient makes the accurate expression of Straight Wire Technique possible. This paper reviews the related literature on customized labial orthodontic techniques in recent years，in order to provide reference for its clinical application and further development.
