早期功能矫治儿童骨性Ⅱ类上颌前突错牙合畸形临床效果研究进展

摘要: 我国儿童错牙合畸形高发,骨性Ⅱ类错牙合畸形在临床中较为常见,其根据病理机制分为上颌前突下颌正常、上颌正常下颌后缩及上颌前突下颌后缩三类。临床中对骨性Ⅱ类上颌前突错牙合畸形的早期功能矫治效果争论很多。功能矫治中对上颌骨矢状向生长的抑制和颞下颌关节的改建是影响疗效的重要因素。临床效果的分析总结对早期骨性Ⅱ类上颌前突错牙合畸形的治疗方法、时机选择有指导意义。文章就早期功能矫治儿童骨性Ⅱ类上颌前突错牙合畸形临床效果的研究进展做一综述,从上颌骨、颞下颌关节改建方面进行分析,为完善临床治疗方案提供参考依据。

Abstract: There is a high prevalence of malocclusion in Chinese children,especially and skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion,which is more common in the clinical practice. The pathological mechanism of skeletal class Ⅱ malocclusion can be categorized by either maxillary protrusion or mandibular recession,or both. So far,there are many controversies about the efficacy of early functional orthodontic treatment for children with skeletal class Ⅱ maxillary protrusion. It is widely acknowledged that the inhibition of sagittal growth of the maxilla and the modification of the temporomandibular joint in early treatment are considered as significant clinical factors. Therefore,the analysis and summary of clinical effects have guiding significance for the treatment method and timing of early skeletal class Ⅱ maxillary protrusion malocclusion. This article reviews the research progress on the clinical efficacy of early functional orthodontic treatment for skeletal class Ⅱ maxillary protrusion malocclusion in children,and analyzes the reconstruction of maxilla and temporomandibular joint,so as to provide reference for improving the clinical treatment plan.
