基于文献计量学的萎缩性舌炎研究可视化分析

摘要： 目的    通过文献计量学方法分析萎缩性舌炎（atrophic glossitis，AG）相关研究的热点及发展趋势，了解AG的研究现状，为今后的研究提供参考。方法    利用Web of Science核心合集（web of science core collection，WoSCC）数据库检索1900-01-01至2022-12-01有关AG的文献，并应用Bibliometrix软件对数据进行可视化分析。结果    共纳入70篇AG相关文献，2019年之前每年的发文量及被引频次均呈现稳定上升趋势。发文量排名并列第1位的作者是Chang JYF和Wang YP（各23篇），发文量排名首位的国家是中国（31篇），Taiwan University和Taiwan University Hospital（各25篇）占据研究机构发文量的并列第1位，发文量最多的期刊是Journal of the Formosan Medical Association（22篇）。AG的两大主要研究领域是内科-普通内科及牙科学、口腔外科和医学。AG相关文献高频关键词包括：atrophic glossitis（29次）、vitamin B12（10次）、anemia（10次）、gastric parietal cell antibody（9次）、iron（9次）等，近2年的研究热点为vitamin B12、vitamin B12 deficiency、folic acid、iron、anemia。结论    AG的研究热度有稳步上升趋势，目前的研究主要集中于AG的病因，其仍需多国家、多机构进一步的研究和探索。

Abstract: Objective    To understand the current research status of atrophic glossitis （AG） through bibliometric analysis of the hot spots and development trends of AG-related research，and to provide a reference for future research. Methods    The web of science core collection（WoSCC）database was utilized to retrieve literature on AG from Jan.1，1900 to Dec.1，2022，and Bibliometrix software was applied to visualize the data in this study. Results    A total of 70 AG-related articles were included in our study，and the annual volume of literature published and the frequency of citations before 2019 showed a steady increasing trend. The authors who ranked first for publication volume were Chang JYF and Wang YP（23 articles each），and the top ranked country for publication volume was China（31 articles），Taiwan University and Taiwan University Hospital（25 articles each）both occupied the first for publication volume of research institutes，and the journal with the highest volume of publication was Journal of the Formosan Medical Association（22 articles）. The two main research areas of AG were Medicine，General & Internal and Dentistry，Oral Surgery & Medicine. High frequency keywords of AG related articles included：atrophic glossitis（29 times），vitamin B12（10 times），anemia（10 times），gastric parietal cell antibody（9 times），iron（9 times），etc.，and the research hotspots in the recent 2 years were vitamin B12，vitamin B12 deficiency，folic acid，iron，and anemia. Conclusion    The research heat of AG has a steadily increasing trend，and the current study mainly covers the etiology of AG，which still needs further research and exploration in multiple countries and institutions.
