上颌窦区种植应用解剖要点

  • 作者简介:王少海，口腔医学博士，海军军医大学附属长海医院口腔科主任医师、硕士研究生导师。兼任中华口腔医学会口腔修复专业委员会委员、口腔颌面修复专业委员会委员，中国整形美容协会口腔整形美容专业委员会委员，上海市口腔医学会口腔修复学专业委员会委员。主持完成国家自然科学基金课题和省部级基金课题2项，参与6项。获省部级二等奖及以上奖励4项，作为第一完成人获军队医疗成果三等奖1项。长期从事口腔修复临床工作，多年来对种植解剖与手术等相关问题展开了深入细致的研究，主编出版《口腔种植应用解剖实物图谱》、《口腔种植手术学图解》，参编专著及教材共5部。

摘要：

上颌后牙区种植时，由于牙槽骨的吸收以及上颌窦的存在，常面临垂直骨量不足的问题。上颌窦底提升术是解决该区域骨量不足的重要方法。术前检查和了解上颌窦的解剖特点，对上颌窦底提升术的实施具有重要意义。文章详细论述了与种植有关的上颌窦形态、分隔、黏膜、血供及神经支配等解剖学结构特点，以期为临床医生进行上颌窦底提升术提供解剖学方面的参考。

Abstract:

Insufficient bone height of the edentulous maxillary molar region is caused by alveolar ridge absorption and the presence of maxillary sinus. Maxillary sinus floor elevation is a significant method to increase the bone height in posterior maxilla. Preoperative examination and understanding of the anatomy of maxillary sinus are of great significance for the implementation of maxillary sinus floor elevation. This article reviewed the anatomical structures of maxillary sinus，such as morphology，septum，mucosa，blood supply and innervation which are related to the implant surgery.
