种植体周微生物及其免疫应答的研究进展

摘要: 种植体周病包括种植体周黏膜炎和种植体周炎,是种植修复常见的生物学并发症,微生物是其始动因素。明确种植体周微生物群落特征和微生物引发种植体周病的免疫病理机制,可有效预防和治疗种植体周病。文章就种植体周微生物及其免疫应答的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract: Peri-implant diseases are divided into peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis,which are common biological complications of implant restoration. Clarifying the characteristics of the microbial community of peri-implant diseases and the immune pathological mechanism of microorganisms that cause peri-implant diseases can effectively prevent and treat peri-implant diseases. This article reviews the research progress in microbes around implants and their immune responses.
