摘要：

早产与新生儿病率、死亡率以及巨大的经济负担显著相关。对有早产风险的孕妇使用糖皮质激素已被证明可以有效降低新生儿死亡率，减少呼吸和神经系统不成熟引起的并发症［1-2］，是产前最有价值的干预措施之一。
