Abstract: Cervical incompetence is an important cause of premature delivery.Although there is no unified standard for the diagnosis of cervical incompetence，cervical cerclage is an effective method to treat cervical incompetence.This article describes the diagnostic methods of cervical incompetence and the surgical indications and methods of cervical cerclage，aiming to provide clinical reference for the prevention of premature labor related to cervical incompetence.

摘要： 子宫颈机能不全是导致早产的重要原因，虽然子宫颈机能不全的诊断尚无统一标准，但子宫颈环扎术是治疗子宫颈机能不全的有效方法。文章阐述子宫颈机能不全的诊断方法及子宫颈环扎的手术指征及术式选择，为子宫颈机能不全相关性早产的预防提供临床参考。
