Abstract:  Surgery for gynecological malignant tumor needs tumor-free technology to ensure the surgical effect and prognosis of patients. With the continuous increase of patients' demands for quality of life，gynecological malignant tumors have encountered a new challenge of minimally invasive surgery. It is the mission of gynecological oncologists to constantly explore and advance between tumor-free concept and minimally invasive surgery.
