Abstract: Luteal support is widely used in the prevention and treatment of premature labor and threatened abortion，but its role in the treatment of recurrent pregnancy loss has not been uniformly understood. This article will review the role and application of luteal support in recurrent pregnancy loss，and provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of recurrent pregnancy loss.

摘要： 黄体支持被广泛应用于早产和先兆流产的防治中，而其在复发性妊娠丢失治疗中的作用尚无统一认识。文章对黄体支持在复发性妊娠丢失中的作用和应用进行综述，为复发性妊娠丢失的诊治提供参考。
