Abstract: Preeclampsia is featured with pathogenic heterogeneity，diverse clinical manifestations，poor maternal and fetal prognosis. To improve maternal and fetal outcomes by diagnosing and managing correctly，effective means should be adopted，including care of high risk women，early warning of severe complication，standardized management of key points，and regular emergency skill training.

摘要： 子痫前期以发病异质性、临床表现多样性、母胎预后差为其特点，针对疾病高危人群的管理、严重并发症的预警、关键环节核查的标准化管理以及定期急救技能的培训和演练，是早期诊断疾病、及时判断病情和正确处理、改善母胎预后的有效手段。
