骶骨固定术——顶端脱垂的“金标准”术式

Abstract

摘要：

盆腔器官脱垂（pelvic organ prolapse，POP）是由于盆底肌肉和筋膜组织异常造成的盆腔器官下降而引发的盆腔器官位置异常及功能障碍，是中老年女性的常见病［1-2］。中国多中心横断面调查结果显示，症状性POP占成年女性的9.6%［3］。在前、中、后盆腔脱垂的纠正手术中，中盆腔的顶端脱垂纠正是重中之重。手术主要通过纠正顶端解剖缺陷进而达到功能恢复，良好的“顶端支持”是手术成功的关键。
