Abstract: Enhanced Recovery After Surgery（ERAS）is a series of perioperative optimal treatment measures based on evidence-based medicine to reduce surgical trauma and stress，reduce postoperative pain，promote early food-taking and postoperative recovery of patients.The successful implementation of ERAS requires multidisciplinary cooperation.This article takes the application of ERAS in perioperative period of laparoscopic sacrocolpopexy as an introduction，and combines the AUGS-IUGA Joint clinical consensus statement on ERAS after urogynecologic surgery and summarizes the problems in clinical practice，in order to provide reference for the clinical application of ERAS.

摘要： 加速康复外科（ERAS）是通过基于循证医学证据的一系列围术期优化处理措施，减少手术创伤及应激、减轻术后疼痛、促进患者早期进食及活动、加速患者术后康复；其成功实施需要多学科的密切合作。文章以ERAS理念在腹腔镜骶骨固定术围术期的应用为切入点，同时结合美国泌尿妇科协会（American Urogynecologiy Society，AUGS）和国际泌尿妇科协会（International Urogynecologlcal Association，IUGA）关于泌尿妇科手术后加速康复的联合临床共识建议，总结临床实践中的问题，为此类手术的ERAS应用提供参考。
