Abstract:

In 2016，the World Health Organization（WHO） released a new edition of the antenatal care guideline based on the level of healthcare of the whole world，especially the developing countries.It offered thirty-nine suggestions on five aspects of antenatal care，and updated some viewpoints through high-quality scientific evidence.Aimed at improving the antenatal care of China，this article analyzed the similarities and differences between WHO antenatal care guideline and the China’s practice.

摘要：

WHO于2016年发布了新版的孕期保健指南，该指南根据全球各地区医疗水平，特别是发展中国家的孕期保健状况，针对孕期保健的5个方面提出了39项相关建议，并通过相关证据更新了部分观点。文章结合我国目前孕期保健现状，分析WHO指南与我国现行孕期保健方案的异同，从而更好地指导和完善我国孕期保健流程。
