Abstract:

The prevalence of obesity worldwide is increasing in recent years.Obesity in pregnancy increasing ，too.It is well recognised that maternal obesity is associated with an increased risk of antenatal，peri-partum and neonatal complications.Obesity increases the rate of cesarean section and has influence on the  long-term health of offsprings.The management of obesity during pregnancy is essential，and management should begin before conception and continue through the postpartum period.

摘要：

近年来，肥胖的发生率在全球范围呈上升趋势，妊娠期肥胖的发生率也随之升高。妊娠期肥胖与多种围产期母儿并发症相关，增加剖宫产率，影响子代远期健康。应在产前、产时和产后加强对妊娠期肥胖的监测、管理和干预，保障母儿安全。
