Abstract:

Abstract: Laparoscopic surgery relies on energy instruments and the thermal injuries are the main reason for its complications. In this paper, we describe the characteristics and the preventions of the thermal injuries caused by energy instruments. The degree of the injury on ovary and the factors affecting the recovery of the ovary are presented as well.

能量器械是腹腔镜手术依赖的器械，热损伤是腹腔镜手术并发症发生的主要原因。文章针对能量器械导致卵巢热损伤的特点、卵巢的损伤程度和恢复情况的影响因素以及预防加以叙述。
