Abstract： Objective To explore the relationships and functions of LP-PLA2 and lipid levels in GMS, and to find the foundation for the application of LP-PLA2 in obstetric in the future. Methods This research adopts the case-control study. Clinical data and serum standard were derived from 60 patients who delivered during June 2012 and October 2014 in Obstetrical Department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, eventually select 30 patients with gestational metabolic syndrome as observation group, 30 healthy patients without any complications as control group. In this study we used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to detect LP-PLA2 activity.Results　The LP-PLA2 median levels of observation group and control group were (206.73) kU/L and (105.72) kU/L,which hed significant difference (P<0.05).LP-PLA2 activity had significant negative correlation with HDL levels (r=-0.353,P<0.05),and it also had significant negative correlation with LDL levels (r=-0.299,P<0.05). However，LP-PLA2 activity had no correlation with other lipids levels except for LDL and HDL levels.Conclusion LP-PLA2 activity in pregnant women with gestational metabolic syndrome is significantly elevated, and LP-PLA2 activity can reflect HDL and LDL levels of GMS patients, so LP-PLA2 may be involved in the pathophysiology of the GMS.

摘要：

目的研究脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2（LP-PLA2）在妊娠期代谢综合征（GMS）患者血浆中的表达，以及与血脂水平是否存在相关性，探讨LP-PLA2在GMS中所起作用。方法　采用病例对照研究方法选择2012年10月至2014年1月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院产科住院分娩的妊娠晚期60例孕妇为研究对象。其中30例合并妊娠期代谢综合征的孕妇为观察组，30例健康孕妇为对照组。使用酶联免疫吸附法检测其LP-PLA2活性。结果　LP-PLA2活性水平两组中位数分别为206.73（kU/L）及105.72（kU/L），两组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。LP-PLA2活性与高密度脂蛋白（HDL）存在明显负相关（r=-0.353，P<0.05）；LP-PLA2活性与低密度指蛋白（LDL）存在明显负相关
