Abstract: Pelvic organs prolapse（POP）is a series of functional abnormalities caused by the dysfunction of the pelvic floor support structures due to various causes.The treatment includes conservative treatment and surgeries.With the coming of going，the morbidity of POP is increasing year by year，which serious affects the wome's life quality and psychology health.Surgeries include traditional surgery and reconstructive surgery，among which sacrocolpopexy is the "gold standard" treatment for apical prolapse because of its good anatomical repositioning and high cure rate.With the development of the times，the procedure of sacrocolpopexy has also changed to some extent.The development，indications，surgical procedures and training of sacrocolpopexy are reviewed to provide a basis for the formulation of relevant clinical decisions.

摘要： 盆腔器官脱垂（pelvic organs prolapses，POP）是各种原因导致的盆底支撑结构功能障碍从而引起盆腔器官下降导致一系列功能异常的疾病。随着老龄化的到来，POP发病率逐年上升，严重影响了女性的生活质量及心理健康。POP的治疗方式可分为保守治疗及手术治疗，手术治疗主要分为传统手术及重建手术，其中骶骨固定术因其具有良好的解剖复位及高治愈率，是治疗顶端脱垂的“金标准”术式。随着时代的发展，骶骨固定术的术式也有一定的变化，文章阐述了骶骨固定术的发展史、适应证、手术步骤、培训等，旨在为相关临床决策的制定提供依据。
