Abstract: Intrauterine adhesion is a disease secondary to endometrial injury，which seriously affects female fertility. This article systematically reviews the etiology，pathogenesis，clinical manifestations，diagnosis and treatment of intrauterine adhesions，focusing on the perioperative treatment strategies for intrauterine adhesion based on female fertility protection.

摘要： 宫腔粘连是继发于子宫内膜损伤，严重影响女性生育力的疾病，是子宫性不孕症的重要病因。文章系统回顾宫腔粘连的病因、发病机制、临床表现及其诊断和治疗，重点从生育力保护角度讨论宫腔粘连的围手术期治疗策略。
