Abstract: As a common chronic disease  in gynecology，the incidence of endometriosis  is rising year by year，with difficult diagnosis and poor treatment. Diagnostic delay of endometriosis is a problematic phenomenon in adolescent and adult women，resulting in a delay in subsequent treatment and disease progression. Early diagnosis and early treatment of endometriosis are two major issues that need to be solved urgently.

摘要： 子宫内膜异位症是妇科常见的慢性疾病之一，近年来发病率逐年升高，但其诊断困难，治疗欠佳。在成人及青少年女性中普遍存在诊断延迟的情况，相应会导致治疗延迟，引起疾病进展。子宫内膜异位症的早期诊断和早期治疗是目前亟待解决的两大问题。
