Abstract: In this report，we reviewed the current situation and problems of clinical diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer. We proposed that clinical research is the driving force to lead the development of medicine through the example of LACC research and KEYNOTE-158 study.We then analyzed the tortuous process of standardization of clinical research in China. In last，we discussed the prospect that gynecological oncologists advocated original，standard clinical research of cervical cancer in line with national conditions in China.

摘要： 文章以子宫颈癌临床诊疗现状及面对的问题为线索，结合妇科密切相关的LACC研究和KEYNOTE-158研究，阐释临床科研是引领医学发展的动力源泉的观点。通过回顾中国临床科研的规范化的曲折历程，探讨国内妇科肿瘤学界倡导开展符合国情的原创性子宫颈癌规范化临床研究的愿景。
