Abstract: With the increase of advanced maternal age and cesarean delivery rate，the incidence of placenta implantation complicated with placenta previa increta increases year by year，which causes postpartum hemorrhage and hysterectomy，even threatens maternal life in serious cases.Better understanding the pathogenesis of placenta previa increta complicated with palcenta implantation based on the patients' risk factors，and making full use of prenatal imaging examination can improve the diagnostic accuracy.For patients with high risks or definite diagnosis，an experienced medical team is necessary to evaluate and perform multiple disciplines management during preoperative and intraoperative period to reduce the occurrence of serious complications with individualized treatment.

摘要： 随着高龄孕产妇、剖宫产率升高，前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的发生率逐年增加，常导致产后出血、子宫切除，严重时甚至危及孕产妇生命。进一步厘清前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的发病机制，结合患者的高危因素，充分利用产前影像学检查，提高诊断准确性，及时转诊，由经验丰富的医疗团队对高危及明确诊断患者进行术前及术中多学科评估和管理，个体化治疗，减少严重并发症的发生。
