摘要： 多种妇科良性疾病可影响女性生育力。慢性子宫内膜炎的局部炎症可导致免疫状态改变，影响胚胎着床。宫腔粘连和薄型子宫内膜也可因正常子宫内膜组织不足导致子宫内膜容受性下降。较大的子宫肌瘤可降低子宫内膜容受性，增加不孕和流产风险。纵隔子宫可能增加流产风险，降低女性生育力。

Abstract: A variety of benign gynecological diseases can affect female fertility.Local inflammation in chronic endometritis can lead to altered immune status and affect embryo implantation.Intrauterine adhesions and thin endometrium may also result in reduced endometrial receptivity due to insufficient normal endometrial tissue.Large uterine fibroids can reduce endometrial receptivity and increase the risk of infertility and miscarriage.Septata uterus can increase the risk of miscarriage and reduce female fertility.
