Application of transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery in gynecological benign diseases.

摘要： 经阴道自然腔道内镜手术（vNOTES）是指通过女性阴道这一自然腔道，置入内镜及手术器械进行手术。目前主要应用于妇科良性疾病中，因其手术无瘢痕、术后康复迅速、伤口疼痛极轻而备受关注。文章探讨了vNOTES治疗妇科良性疾病的手术指征、方法、优势、操作难点及手术技巧，分析了vNOTES的临床应用价值及可行性。

关键词: 经阴道自然腔道内镜手术, 卵巢囊肿, 子宫肌瘤, 全子宫切除术

Abstract: vNOTES is an endoscopic surgery through vaginal access.At present，vNOTES is mainly applied to benign gynecological diseases，and great attention was paid to it because of its advantage of fast recovery，cosmetic results and mild incision pain.This study was the discussion about surgical indication，methods，advantages，problems and surgical techniques in benign gynecological diseases by vNOTES，and the clinical application value and feasibility of vNOTES were also analyzed.
