子宫肌瘤是女性生殖系统最常见的良性肿瘤，肌瘤肉瘤变属恶性变，其发生率虽低，但恶性度高、预后差，临床上具有术前诊断难度大，术中冰冻病检要求高，术后处理争议多的特点。文章对子宫肌瘤肉瘤变的临床特点、诊治现状及相关问题作一阐述，为临床医师规范化诊治本病提供参考。
