摘要：

妇科腹腔镜手术中由于双极电凝使用不当引起手术副损伤，已引起内镜手术医生高度重视，促使各种新型智能双极手术器械研发并应用于临床。但是智能双极使用不当引起泌尿系、肠道、神经、血管等副损伤时有报道。因此，我们有必要对各种智能双极应用可能产生副损伤充分了解，尽可能减少各种手术副损伤的发生。

Abstract:

Abstract: The surgical complications caused by the improper use of traditional bipolar electric instruments has attracted operators’ attention, which led to the research, development and application of the new intelligent bipolar operation equipment in clinic. But urinary, enteric, nerve and vascular injury caused by he improper use of intelligent bipolar instruments was reported occasionally. It is necessary to understand the possible side effects of various kinds of intelligent bipolar instruments in operation, and to reduce the injury as much as possible.
