摘要： 子宫内膜息肉是妇科常见疾病，宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉切除术是首选治疗方法，但药物治疗的重要性也不容忽视。临床常用的药物包括：孕激素、复方口服避孕药、促性腺激素释放激素激动剂、止血药物等。左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统在子宫内膜息肉的药物治疗中占据重要地位。文章综述了各药物的临床应用与研究情况。

Abstract: Endometrial polyp is a common gynecological disease.Hysteroscopic polypectomy is the first choice，but the importance of medical treatment can not be ignored.Commonly used drugs include progesterone，combined oral contraceptives，gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist，and hemostatic drugs，etc.Levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system plays a critical role in the drug treatment of endometrial polyps.This paper reviews the clinical application and researches of these various drugs.
