子宫内膜息肉在育龄妇女和绝经后妇女均可能发生。以异常子宫出血和宫腔占位性病变为主要临床表现。经阴道超声是首选的影像学评估方法。经临床表现、妇科检查和影像学评估高度怀疑子宫内膜息肉者，宫腔镜下子宫内膜病灶切除病理检查是诊断的金标准。子宫内膜息肉应与所有导致异常子宫出血和宫腔占位性病变的情况相鉴别。

Endometrial polyps can be found in both premenopausal and postmenopausal women.Abnormal uterine bleeding and intrauterine mass are the most common clinical features of endometrial polyps.Transvaginal ultrasonography is the first-line choice for image evaluation of endometrial polyps.For women highly suspected with endometrial polyps after clinical，physical and image evaluation，endometiral lesion dissection under hysteroscope followed by pathological examination is the gold standard for diagnosis of endometrial polyps.All conditions causing abnormal uterine bleeding or intrauterine mass should be differentiated from endometrial polyps.
