摘要： 孕期口服小剂量阿司匹林是广泛使用的预防子痫前期的方法。在临床工作中，存在扩大阿司匹林使用适应证、高估预防效果的情况。文章将结合循证医学证据，介绍目前阿司匹林预防子痫前期的局限性、精准选择适应人群的意义，避免孕期模式化使用小剂量阿司匹林。

Abstract: Low-dose aspirin during pregnancy is a widely used method to prevent preeclampsia. In clinical work，there is a situation of expanding the indications of aspirin use and overestimating the preventive effect. This article will introduce the limitations of aspirin in preventing preeclampsia based on evidence-based medical data，in order to accurately select the itargeted population，and avoid the abuse of low-dose aspirin during pregnancy.
