Abstract: Takayasu arteritis is the most common large vessel vasculitis during childhood. In comparison to the diagnosis，the treatment for pediatric TAK is more challenging，and treatment strategy often refers to adult guidelines. In recent years，several academic organizations have updated their recommendations on the diagnosis and treatment of TAK，and the status of targeted drugs has gradually become more prominent，with a tendency from "salvage treatment" to "early intervention". Based on the recommendations of these guidelines/consensuses and recent studies，this article summarizes and sorts out the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric TAK in order to provide references for pediatricians' clinical decision-making；meanwhile，it is expected to conduct more researches on childhood TAK to improve the status of insufficient evidence-based evidence.

摘要： 多发性大动脉炎（Takayasu arteritis，TAK）是儿童期最常见的大血管炎。相比于诊断，儿童TAK的治疗更具挑战，治疗策略多借鉴成人指南。近年多个学术组织更新了TAK的诊治意见，靶向药物的地位逐渐凸显，有从“挽救治疗”向“早期干预”延伸的趋势。文章基于各指南/共识的推荐意见和新近研究，对儿童TAK的诊治进行总结、梳理，为儿科医生的临床决策提供参考，同时期待有更多的儿童研究发表，以改善循证依据不足的现状。
