Abstract: With the development and marketing of new drugs globally，systemic drug therapy can be applied in all stages of vitiligo.However，for the special population of children，systemic drug use，especially the use of immunosuppressive drugs in the whole body，should be carefully weighed，and individualized treatment plans should be formulated.

摘要： 随着全球新型药物的研发和上市，系统药物治疗可以运用在白癜风的各个病程中，但对于儿童这一特殊群体，系统用药特别是全身使用具有免疫抑制作用的药物，应当充分权衡利弊，制定个性化的治疗方案。
