Abstract: The incidence of refeeding syndrome（RFS）in children with severe malnutrition cannot be ignored. Due to its multi-systemic involving of pathology and high mortality，RFS has gained increasing attention. More and more studies have focused on various aspects of pediatric refeeding syndrome in severe malnutrition. We summarize and analyze related researches of RFS，focusing on its management and further exploring its treatment progress.

摘要： 再喂养综合征（refeeding syndrome，RFS）在重度营养不良患儿中具有不容忽视的发生率，因其病理过程涉及多系统的广泛性及较高的致死率，导致该病日益引起重视。越来越多的研究从多方面聚焦于儿童重度营养不良再喂养综合征，文章重点着眼于该病的处理，对相关研究进行综合总结分析，深入探讨其治疗进展。
