摘要： 白细胞介素-5 是治疗嗜酸性粒细胞介导疾病的重要靶点，近年来白细胞介素-5 拮抗剂在儿童中的应用逐渐增多，在多种疾病中显示获益，总体安全性良好。该文结合近年文献梳理这些药物在儿童中的应用，以期为儿科医生的临床决策提供参考。

Abstract: Interleukin-5（IL-5）represents a key therapeutic target in the treatment of eosinophilic disorders.In recent years，the clinical use of IL-5 antagonists in pediatric populations has been increasing，with accumulating evidence of benefit across a range of conditions and an overall favorable safety profile.This review summarizes the use of IL-5 antagonists in children based on recent literature，aiming to provide references for clinical decision-making in pediatric practice.
