摘要： 随着免疫学、分子生物学及靶向药物研发的飞速发展，儿童风湿免疫病的治疗也在短短几十年间发生了深刻的范式转换—从非特异的“广谱免疫抑制”的不得已选择，逐步迈向了针对特定炎症通路或关键分子“精准靶向治疗”的蓬勃发展时代。这一治疗理念的根本性转变，不仅为患儿的治疗提供了多种选择，也显著改善了风湿病患儿的临床结局，更明显提高了患儿的生活质量。

Abstract: With rapid advancements in immunology，molecular biology，and targeted drug development，the treatment for pediatric rheumatic and immune diseases has undergone a profound paradigm shift within just a few decades—from the non-specific approach of“broad-spectrum immunosuppression”as a last resort to a thriving era characterized by“precision targeted therapy”targeting specific inflammatory pathways or key molecules.This fundamental shift in therapeutic philosophy not only provides multiple treatment options for affected children but also significantly improves their clinical outcomes and quality of life.
