摘要: 危重症患儿的体外膜氧合(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,ECMO)转运是一项医疗资源消耗多、技术难度大、医疗风险高的程序。随着技术的进步和经验的积累,ECMO在危重症患儿救治中的应用越来越多。研究和实践证明,由经验丰富的ECMO团队负责转运有助于提高救治的成功率。熟知ECMO转运的安全性、实施要点及不良事件,有助于提高ECMO转运技术在儿科重症领域的推广应用。

Abstract: Extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (ECMO) transport of critically ill patients is a procedure that consumes a lot of medical resources,is technically difficult,and has high medical risks. With the advancement of technology and the accumulation of experience,ECMO is being used more and more in the treatment of critically ill child patients. Researches and practice have proved that the implementation by experienced ECMO team is helpful to improve the success rate of treatment. A good understanding of the safety,implementation points and adverse events of ECMO transport helps to improve the application of ECMO transport technology in pediatric critical illnesses.
