Research progress in brain network ofchildren with tic disorders

摘要: 抽动障碍(TD)是一种常见的儿童神经发育障碍性疾病,以反复运动和(或)发声抽动为特征。脑网络包括结构脑网络以及功能脑网络,它具有可塑性,许多神经发育障碍性疾病可见脑网络损害。目前已经有大量研究指出TD的脑网络可见网络属性改变,功能以及结构连接的中断。文章综述TD的功能脑网络以及结构脑网络的相关研究进展,以深入探究TD的发病机制,并提出新的展望。

Abstract: Tic disorders(TD)are common neurodevelopmental disorders characterized by repetitive motor and/or vocal tics in children. Brain networks,including structural brain networks and functional brain networks,are plastic.Damage to brain networks can be seen in many neurodevelopmental diseases.At present,a large number of studies have pointed out that brain networks of TD have changes in network properties and disruption of functional and structural connections.In this article,we will conduct a comprehensive review of the research progress in the functional and structural brain networks of TD,so as to deeply explore the pathogenesis of TD and put forward new prospects.
