摘要： 肌张力障碍是儿童神经康复实践中常见的临床表现。儿童肌张力障碍在临床表现及治疗上与成人存在诸多差异。只有在准确识别儿童期肌张力障碍的基础上予系统评估，才能进一步给出合理恰当的治疗方案，改善预后。文章就儿童肌张力障碍相对独特的临床表现及相关治疗给予简要介绍。

Abstract: Dystonia is common in children during neurorehabilitation practice.There are many differences between children and adults in terms of clinical profile and treatment.Therefore，it is mandatory to differentiate and identify the dystonia in children within the context of developmental stage.Correct diagnosis，thoroughly evaluation and consequent treatment option contribute to improving the prognosis of dystonia in children.Here，we reviewed the particularly clinical characteristics of dystonia in children aiming to expand the knowledge for the pediatricians in rehabilitation medicine.
