个性化根形种植体的相关研究及临床应用进展

Abstract: Individualized root analogue implants are customized according to the roots of affected teeth. The shape of the implants is the same as the alveolar sockets. It can be implanted immediately after minimally invasive teeth extraction without drilling. Thus,it is instant and minimally invasive,and has better primary stability,esthetic effect and biomechanical compatibility. With the rapid development of cone-beam CT,computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM),3-dimensional printing technology and dental material science,individualized root analogue implants have also made impressive progress. This article reviews the development,3-dimensional printing technology and clinical applications of individualized root analogue implants. It is expected to provide reference for the future development of individualized root analogue implants.

摘要: 个性化根形种植体是根据患牙牙根形态进行个性化制作的种植体,其形态与牙槽窝相匹配,在拔牙后无需备洞即可植入,具有即刻、微创、初期稳定性好、美观效果佳、生物力学相容性好等特点。随着锥形束CT、计算机辅助设计与计算机辅助制作、3D打印技术及口腔材料学等的迅速发展,个性化根形种植体也获得了可观的进展。文章回顾了个性化根形种植体的发展历史、3D打印技术及其临床应用等情况,以期为个性化根形种植体的未来研究方向提供参考。
