口腔综合治疗台水路污染控制方法研究进展

Abstract: Recently,numerous studies have demonstrated the serious contamination of dental unit waterlines (DUWLs). Dental patients and healthcare workers have been chronically exposed to contaminated treatment water and aerosol,which increases the risk of cross-infection during dental treatment. In order to control the contamination and biofilm as well as improve the quality of DUWLs output water,researchers all over the world have carried out a lot of investigations,and chemical disinfection methods have been proved to be more effective to remove biofilm. In clinical practice,however,combined use of multiple methods(chemical and other nonchemical-based approaches)is essential. In addition,the hospitals need to improve the relevant system,and the staff′s compliance with the disinfection procedure is of vital importance. In this paper, the research progress in the control methods of DUWLs contamination is reviewed, in order to provide reference for contamination control work in the future.

摘要: 口腔综合治疗台水路(dental unit waterlines,DUWLs)的微生物污染近年来被多次报道,口腔就诊患者和医护人员长期暴露在诊疗用水和气溶胶下,增加了口腔诊疗过程中交叉感染的风险。为了控制污染,提高DUWLs输出水质量,以及控制生物膜的形成,国内外学者开展了诸多研究,并认为化学方法清除生物膜更为有效。但临床实践中,物理方法也必不可少,应多种方法联合使用。此外,医院需完善相关制度,工作人员对消毒程序的严格把控也至关重要。文章就DUWLs污染控制方法研究进展做一综述,为今后开展污染控制工作提供参考依据。
