Abstract: Due to microbial infection，periodontal tissues are damaged，periodontal pocket is formed，and there is loss of attachment and alveolar bone absorption，gradually causing occlusal discomfort，trauma or even tooth displacement. At the same time，traumatic occlusion is one of local promoting factors of periodontitis. Excessive bite force can change periodontal tissues and aggravate the destruction of periodontal tissues. Therefore，in patients with periodontitis，periodontal destruction and occlusal trauma often interact with each other. This paper aims to review the research progress in occlusal trauma in patients with periodontitis.

摘要： 由于微生物感染，牙周炎患者的牙周组织被破坏，形成牙周袋，出现附着丧失和牙槽骨吸收，引起咬合不适、创伤甚至松动移位。同时，牙合创伤是牙周炎的局部促进因素，过大的牙合力使牙周组织发生改变，加重牙周组织的破坏。在牙周炎患者中，牙周组织破坏与牙合创伤经常相互作用、互为影响。文章就牙周炎患者牙合创伤的相关研究进展做一综述。
