机用镍钛器械切削及成形能力的影响因素

  • 作者简介:薛明,教授、主任医师、硕士研究生导师。现任中国医科大学口腔医学院牙体牙髓病学教研室副主任。兼任中华口腔医学会牙体牙髓病学专业委员会委员,辽宁省口腔医学会牙体牙髓病学专业委员会副主任委员,《中国实用口腔科杂志》、《国际口腔医学杂志》审稿专家。主持辽宁省自然科学基金项目1项、中国医科大学口腔医学院临床新技术项目2项,参与国家自然科学基金项目2项、省级课题3项。参编专著1部。发表论文20余篇,其中SCI收录2篇。获辽宁省科技进步三等奖1项。

Abstract:

The application of mechanical preparation and chemical preparation to remove the source of infection in the root canal and provide adequate space for root canal filling is the key to successful root canal treatment. Engine-driven nickel-titanium instruments have been favored by clinicians because of their superior shaping ability,excellent cutting ability,high clinical work efficiency and few complications. In recent years,the types of nickel-titanium instruments have been updated,and material,tapers,cross-sectional shapes,and rotary way have changed,which will directly affect the cutting and shaping ability of nickel-titanium instruments. The aim of this article is to introduce the four influencing factors.

摘要:

应用机械化学预备去除根管内的感染源并为根管充填提供足够的空间是根管治疗成功的关键。机用镍钛器械因其成形能力好、切削能力强、临床工作效率高、并发症少等优势得到了临床医生的青睐。近年来镍钛器械种类推陈出新,在材质、锥度、横截面形状、运动方式等有所改变,均会直接影响镍钛器械的切削及成形能力,文章就此4个影响因素做一介绍。
