Abstract:

 In order to understand the status and characteristics of oral and maxillofacial surgery education in the United States and China， and summarize the shortcomings of the education in China， this study selected Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in University of Texas， Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas as an example to introduce and compare the education differences between the two countries in order to provide references for Chinese oral and maxillofacial surgery education.

摘要：

为了解中、美口腔颌面外科专科教育现状及特点，总结我国口腔颌面外科专科教育存在的不足，本文以美国德克萨斯大学达拉斯西南医学中心口腔颌面外科专科医师的教育为例，通过介绍与比较，为我国口腔颌面外科专科教育提供参考。
